Intentionally designed with a focus on nature therapy and to prevent burnout, the new five-day Superhuman Retreat hosts guests in wall-less tented villas, designed with removable layered panels to reconnect guests with the natural world; purposefully positioned to face the rising sun to encourage waking up with morning sunlight to improve natural melatonin production, optimise adrenal function, realign the circadian rhythm and promote vitamin D absorption. The retreat program targets business owners and executives. It offers a variety of activities and workshops designed to promote relaxation, and mindfulness, and reduce stress to restore and enhance physical and cognitive performance through physical movement, plant-based food, communal dining and distance from technology.

Tuesdays are Becoming More Fun at Ojo, The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon
Ojo at The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon, wants to put a tasty spin on your Tuesdays with the launch of Taco Tuesdays, which is running from 2nd May until the end of December 2023.
Ojo is literally taking tacos to great new heights on the 76th floor, our very own Mexican-inspired restaurant with an unbeatable view of Bangkok's skyline. There's nothing better than enjoying delicious food with friends whilst you sip on too many Margaritas and start enjoying Tuesdays more than before.
Inspired by all things Mexican, the menu will include pulled pork taco with pickle red onion, jalapeno pickles and chicharron, followed by a grilled mushroom taco topped with zarandeado sauce, avocado and pickle onion. Then, we have a deep-fried Baja fish taco with pickle seaweed, chipotle, and guacamole, as well as a lamb barbacoa taco mixed with green salsa, salsa borracha, coriander and onion.
The price is set at THB 690++ per set, including 3 tacos of your choice and 1 Aguas Frescas (mocktail) with an extra THB 180++ for an additional Margarita cocktail.
Ojo is located on the 76th floor at The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon. The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner daily from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm and 5.30 pm to midnight.
