The offerings are: Truffle Cheesecake (Seasonal), Parmesan Cheesecake, Mozzarella Cheesecake, Bacon Cheesecake, Cempedak Cheesecake and Tomato Cheesecake. ![]() Cempedak Cheesecake The affordable and indulgent cheesecakes are unique in taste, texture and shape, because the cheesecakes are baked lovingly as elongated stylised loaf, which makes it an excellent takeaway or gift. These flavourful dishes include Heart Of Palm: Sous-Vide & Grilled Heart Of Palm, with Aged 3 years Balsamico Pipette, Balsamic Pearl, Mesclun Salad, Honey Mustard – A must-try dish!
Fermented Red Yeast Wine is one of the highlights that brims with Asian Influence and a MOONBOW inspiration, a dish that Chef Heman holds dearly to his heart. He first learned and got the inspiration for this dish from a canteen cook. Chef Heman Tan further improvised the dish by changing the protein to fish, as a healthier alternative.
Do try the Fermented Red Yeast Wine dish for those with discerning palates, comprising Filet de Barramundi, Fermented Red Glutinous Rice Wine, alongside Oyster Mushrooms, baby bok choy, sweet tomatoes and deep-fried crispy barramundi roe!
Another feature is Heman’s Impossible Shakshouka made with the Impossible Meat Ball. A dish made up of plant-based Impossible Meat, baked with Feta Cheese and garnished together with 64 degree Sous Vide Eggs.

The European Sharing Plates are the plates that will astound your palates, and MOONBOW’s recommended will be Tomahawk de Swine (Serves 2) at $68. This shareable plate is completed with Untrimmed 4-Day Aged Young Pork Tomahawk Chop, Roasted Garlic, Caramelized Lime, Pineapple Compote, and BBQ Glaze. The Tomahawk de Swine uses a cut of prime rib that is attached to the loin. Since each pig only has two tomahawk cuts, it is considered a highly prized cut. Governor Lamont Announces Launch of "Say Yes to Connecticut" Summer Tourism Campaign
Governor Ned Lamont announced that the Connecticut Office of Tourism is launching a new summer marketing campaign to promote safe travel and fuel the Connecticut tourism industry's recovery following the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. After a year of saying “no” to so many things due to the pandemic, the State of Connecticut is encouraging resident and visitors to “Say Yes to Connecticut” and all of its unique experiences this summer.
The campaign theme, “Say Yes to Connecticut,” was born out of the Office of Tourism's proprietary research that shows a growing sense of optimism among Northeast consumers amid the COVID-19 vaccine rollout and pent-up demand for travel, especially regional travel.
“Connecticut has an incredible mix of tourism offerings – from arts and cultural venues and restaurants, to lodging properties and outdoor recreation areas – all of which help generate business sales, tax revenues, and statewide jobs benefitting our communities,” Governor Lamont said. “The new campaign is a great reminder of that diversity and the growing optimism among travelers that we believe will put people back to work and translate into an industry-wide recovery for tourism beginning this summer.”
Running May 1 through September 6, the campaign will feature hundreds of businesses and activities across the state that make up Connecticut's tourism industry sector, including hotels, inns and B&Bs, restaurants, attractions, museums, historical sites, arts and cultural venues, farms, wineries and breweries, state parks and beaches, nature centers, outdoor recreation, shopping destinations, events, and more. Mask wearing indoors will continue to be required.
